– BREAKING UPDATE The other spouse in the Alabama adoption case that’s at the Supreme Court has filed her opposition to stay requests in the case. The stay requests were filed by the spouse challenging the Alabama supreme court’s ruling below, which declined to recognize the parental rights of both parents as valid, as well as the children’s representative in court. A letter that came with the filing notes the opposition applies to both requests. The representative of the children is expected to file a response today as well.
