Ninth Circuit places Sevcik and Jackson on parallel briefing schedules, issues temporary stay of proceedings

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals approves a request to place the Sevcik and Jackson cases challenging the marriage laws of Nevada and Hawaii, respectively, on a parallel schedule for briefing and oral argument.  In its order, the court notes that the two cases (known as Sevcik v. Coalition and Jackson v. Fuddy at the circuit court level) will be considered by the same merits panel.

The court also stays all proceedings in the two cases until April 1, 2013 and establishes a briefing schedule with openings briefs due on May 1, answering briefs due on May 31 and optional reply briefs due 14 days after the submission of the briefs they pertain to.  Any of the parties in the two cases can petition the court before April 1 for a further stay of proceedings.

The heel about the running footwear is higher and has more support and cushioning to absorb the heavier impact of an more violent
and rapid landing in the running action. Most get drainage pockets to depletion out water, is certain to get, and yellow sand.
You might be the type of individual that could spend hours looking
for great shoes, or you may think that idea is just appalling.
