Marriage equality Right-wing

By Jeremy Hooper

In this one, we even get an all-out declaration that gay people cannot have joy in their marriages “because God ordained” marriage:

Vote For Marriage NC: The marriage campaign that forever exposes (and demolishes) the “pro-marriage” community’s typical campaign ruses.

Gotta love that last guy. "This is not a hate someone issue," he says. And wouldn't you like to ask him point blank, "Then what the heck is it?' He talks of the joy of being married for 55 years to his sweetheart, but he wants to prevent anyone not toeing his line to not share that same joy. Typical hypochristian. Cherie and I have shared our joy with each other for more than 30 years, yet he and his wife want to destroy that. So, yeah, this is a "hate someone issue."

I haven't watched the video just yet but the whole 'hate the sin, love the sinner' argument drives me nuts for that specific reason.

It may not be a "hate someone" issue, but it can't pass without the support of "hate someone" people. If someone bashes a gay in the morning, is it any supprise that they will vote for this ammendment in the afternoon? So, Mr. "not a hate someone issue", why does it require so much explanation?

Wow, whosh! whiplash! When you have genderless marriage, there is a sea change in law regarding inheritance laws and property rights, so then people who believe that marriage is between one man and one woman are treated as racist and bigots. What? huh? Come again? Even talking points need to be strung together along the line of some convention like cause and effect don't they?

Man against Woman and Woman against Man is the only relationship that brings joy. You preach it!

Actually I would rather they advertize with these blatant "God says" ads than the "Protect our Children" ads. Those Protect our Children ads were very effective LIES.
