Amendment One LGBT Legal Cases Marriage equality Marriage Equality Trials
– A group of same-sex couples will attempt to get marriage licenses in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.– The Windy City Times reports on some of the LGBT-rights cases that could be headed to the Supreme Court this term.
– Along with its denial of review of Virginia’s sodomy law, the Supreme Court also issued two other denials in LGBT-related cases on Monday, according to a report.
– A Washington state judge who performs opposite-sex marriages but refuses to perform same-sex marriages has been admonished by the state.
