BREAKING: New Jersey Supreme Court denies stay of same-sex marriages

The New Jersey Supreme Court has just declined to stay the lower court decision in Garden State Equality v. Dow, meaning that same-sex couples in the state can marry on Monday. The state’s high court will hear oral arguments on January 6-7.
